Business model? There is none, except perhaps “hope.” Hope that foundation funding to which you do not contribute will keep paying for your product. Hope that non-Med D scripts, which are dwarfed by Med D, will make up for 501c3 deficit. Hope that Frosty will put up with PAP giveaways. Hope that customers don’t get tired of Veeva email “brand impressions.” Hope that we could get true KOLs, not just CEO and Med. Dir. Hope that pandemic will just go “poof.” I HOPE I can get out of here!
