Bayada

I think its great. Right now we violate every Stark law out there and committing Medicare fraud up and down the east coast, but hey we are getting the patients, and that's all that matters.

I'm a Clinical Liaison in Massachusetts. I really like my job and the people I work with. My Marketing Manager seems to be happy and has said there is no BS. (I'm new) However, I rode with the Liaison in 2 other offices in my state. I wouldn't like working in those particular offices. They don't follow "The Bayada Way" no sense of teamwork at all. Our office runs the way it is supposed to and everything flows very well and noone is stressed. My director is awesome!!

Great company with patient & employee centered culture. I have been here for 3 years and am impressed with the leadership. They walk their talk and follow The Bayada Way. Class organization.

Bayada nurse camps out at 1 or 2 assisted living facilites such as the Sunrise and Brightview communities, then the nurse provides free fingersticks to the diabetic patients, so the staff working in the communities don't have to. I am shocked that these communities would risk their reputations working with Bayada in this way, when they are getting this huge unethical kickback. SCARY!!!
