Our top management found THE solution to get back to a sustainable situation !

« International flights class of service is Economy; directors grade 21 and above may choose business class on a flight that is 6 or more hours in duration »

1. It will save few hundreds of K$ per year !
2. Below Director level you are considered as a piece of sh*t and do not deserve a decent flight when going to a workshop - which is stupid because we all know the middle management works/delivers while the senior leaders sleep anyway…
3. So bad this strategic decision was not shared to our 60,000 employees right before the « Best Place to Work Survey » ! Done on purpose ?
4. What about starting with some private jet ban ?!

To our SLT : you lose every single day in credibility ! Be careful there is a limit…

Fuck off, tosser !

This is so sad. totally agree, with all points, this was published aftr best place to work, also in BPTW no questions on remuneration anymore how interesting just ignore that section and make it more about the individual and "i feel my team acts with urgency "

what a shame questionnaire .

Lets hurry up and chop up Baxter like Joe did at Covidien, that is his only skill, he is terrible at engagement , leadership and i have never met someone as poor in strategy as Joe, acquire Claris, starling, HR, Perclot. Not one winner all disasters and he yells at me for missing plan by .05%. I encourage all Bax staff to send joe an unkind email when his departure is announced . im sure he cant touch you after his fired. Mine will say " joe you are an arrogant , vain old fool, your performance here is a 2 out of 10, you have destoyed a once great company."

One must wonder what is the Board of Directors for?! Surely, they must know what is going on, act on behalf of the company and protect it. Sadly, that seems not to be the case.

The board of directors act out of self interest , collect their shitty fees for sitting on their fat ass agreeing with Joe

My mystery is what the fuck are the large intuitional shareholders doing ? syrely watching their investments half is enough fo rthem to agitate and de thrown Joe,,,,,,,,,,,,

It would be hard to believe that some of them have not exhausted their patience with the leadership but the missing innovation takes at least half a decade to turn around so no quick fix

They were all brought in with Joe and should all be taken out with him. And Joe’s direct reports are a crew of no experience idiots. Just make Heather the CEO and we have a fighting chance.

Yes lets promote Heather to CEO , but first lets look at Infusion pumps in ROW ,

Evo IQ version 2 is delayed as MindRay relationship is completely destroyed, and by the way Evo IQ has so many limitations, the Version 2 still does not infuse accurately with chemo drugs at particular infusion rates, so trying to sell this to a hospital with Oncolgy pts is impossible and probably illegal ( its definitely immoral) . Novum well what a disaster , will be available in 20240, Ironically Heather engaged McKinsey to see if they could save us money in manufacturing , McKinsey !!! anyone see the irony in this ?

IV fluid plants , North carolina is closed, we dont have any capacity in other plants to fill this void, as we are so tight we have not invested in plants for ivs , so i guess this is the rainy day where Baxter cant meet the market demand , as i write this the share price is touching $35

so i ask you should Joe be fired ? Answer YES . Should Heather take over : Probably not based on what she has delivered . Again there is no R&D or product innovation , the last acquisition was Cheetah !!

Any leader worth their salt would come out and say Starling is a non core product that has zero potential. Its a distraction , a random number generator adds no valuable info to clinicians.

Nutrition we are launching a generic of SMOF lipid . FKs fish oil blend, it is a shit lipid, perhaps we could innovate and leap frog FK ?

Its not that hard . But instead we continue to promote Olive when we have seen the gradual decline in share in Europe of olimel ,

Any way rant over - I think the next CEO of baxter will be a current CEO of the company that will take us over - NO OTHER CHOICE TO SALVAGE SHARE PRICE.

Baxter the house of zero leadership, zero culture, zero accountability and zero potential. It will fall apart because of Joe and his team of terrible leaders.
AS is the worst. Massive Ego: No Substance. He loves to tell stories about his past “experience” but none of it is true. It is obvious by how he runs his teams- it is just about him, and it always leads to failure and destruction. His day of reckoning will come.
Another case of Joe not doing his due diligence before he buys or hires.

Look at his track record at BMS, Reddy's, and Lupin. Entry to exit for each company, the respective share price lost 50%, stayed flat, and lost 20%. At Baxter, it's been 50%, so par for course.

Bad leadership will stay in place because they demonstrate the traits of their boss- Joe A. Bullies, no experience, terrible decisions, no culture. They work like consultants- no operational or working experience. Just lots of hot air. Any hope for change has left the organization in a hurry.
Where is our board? Joe must go.

Yeah exactly with Derek is still around. V was on to him too bad!

Well.. all this talk about someone buying Baxter keeps being pushed but I see no real evidence or even solid rumors to that and anyone buying needs a really low price. NC disaster surely results in a scare-away as sales will struggle to come back to previous levels when the competitors takke over shares. But maybe manu sites are actually worth the 18-20B of market cap and can be repurposed to produce newer and less commoditized products?
