Baxter Renal, Employment Agreement

Does anyone know if threatening to hold pay, already earned commissions, & merit awards hostage for signing this new employment agreement is legal? Would this action violate US labor laws since the pay structure is not included in this agreement. Is everyone being forced to sign this agreement under duress? Is this really motivating? What are they hiding? ETOH? Quality issues?

non Attorney opinion....no most of those points are not legal.....
Nor would listing any....ANY BAXTER COMPETITOR without any specificity
But, it’s going to cost someone some money to find out....
And when the judge issues the temporary restraining order, she will often give a little hint to which way she’s leaning....

at which point Baxter will make a deal with the company they are suing, because of the judge rules it unfair...it’s a jailbreak....anyone can go anywhere

Praise be to Mgt for rolling out in 3 successive weeks

A formalized and poorly disguised lay-off program...

a new and improved non compete....so if you’re laid off, your job options are limited

followed by the quota....which will inform some folks they have 90 days to get above quota or be fired. (Because when your fired, you don’t get severance)

good thing Gavin has our backs...
