the issue is what it's been for over a decade...your products suck! As long as you're still peddling the Li61 as your best IOL you've got problems. You could have anyone you want in charge but old crappy products make it hard to sell.

LI61AO is my best seller. It's a great lens but we do need to get ahead of the game versus playing catch up in the IOL market.

What is it going to take for Andy to either be replaced himself or to replace BH and EJ? The first is useless, the second is a compulsive liar who is literally hated by every RD within the company.
