Honestly like 99 percent of us are looking to get out. Simple ways to fix:

1. Please have our SSLT stop with the Primary Care tactics. They don't work! Our KOLs hate us and even at MS Walks they laugh at us. Biogen, Genzyme, and Teva reps get respect. We don't!

2. Please pay us competitive wages! The average base for an MS rep at above companies is 120-140k and commissions are at 40-45k at target uncapped. Want to retain talent? Pay us decent wages!!!!

3. Please stop hiring primary care reps and managers. This is a complex sale. Hire appropriately.

I've been here for 6 years......guess what? They don't care. We're all moving on, jumping ship, getting out. The managers are horrible they don't care about you doing your job. Follow the Breakaway selling and use your iPad....that's why This place is sinking fast. Get out while you can...Genentech is hiring in March .

The MSBU is a great example when an organization and leaders don't understand sales and strategy. Does breakaway selling and the ipad have value? minimum. Should they be used in the majority of sales calls? No way. If you don't your manager will question you and put it on your performance review. An organization and leader who understands sales and strategy will provide you with tools, train you on these tools and allow you to implement them when you need them. The MSBU wants you to ram these tools down the customers throats when it is unnecessary. Results: low market share, unhappy reps, product not living up to potential, employees leaving. Conclusion: poor strategy

Are you advocating more turnover in the MSBU?Hasn't there been enough?It took almost a year to fill the New Jersey sales position so what makes you think there are plenty of qualified replacements?
