Base salary range neurology

I have had a phone screen for the new MS product and no one seems to be able to be clear on the range for the salary. I have been asked to interview with manager but I feel this is important to know prior to that meeting. Has anyone received any information.?

I got a call from a recruiter as well...no info on salary or bonus. I may be interested depending on the pay. I don't want to waste their time or mine if it's not enough.

I agree. A range should be given or ask our current salary and see if even close. They are going thru interviews now and no one seems to know. Going to be interesting when offers go out and chosen candidate turns down because number not where it needs to be.

Spoke to recruiter and same story as others. You need to go in at least having an idea. I had kind of gotten the impression from recruiter that 110 was in the range and I thought that was low but not sure. Everyone comes with different experience so maybe it’s reasonable

Way too low. Good luck getting ANY experienced Neuro/MS reps worth a shit.

Let’s just say this might be some foreshadowing of what working at the new BMS/Celgene will look like. Do you really want to interview and join a company that you know nothing about? Not to mention they are hiring before the PDUFA date. Big risk to not know the label of a third to market product that’ll cost upwards of 100k.

Umm you don't know anything about the MS market if you're concerned about the cost of the drug. If they pay, I'm interested.

I know a couple are meeting next week for a final interview out of Texas. Don’t know if anyone from my part of the country has heard anything. I’m sure the week of December 9th many will be occurring since offers expected to go out the following week.

I know there are a lot unknowns here. Please everyone just enjoy your holiday. They prob are having long talks about base salary pay numbers, start dates, etc. Always know in BioPharma there is something bigger and better waiting for you if you don’t get this one. Many are blessings in disguise. If we made it to this point, we are the best of the best in Neurology. Enjoy the time off! I bet next week the phones will start ringing, and everything will work out the way it’s supposed to for each and every last one of us Neuro Reps!
