I saw this on another company board and I thought I would start it here. They were claiming that women were severely underpaid than men with similar years of service etc. It would be interesting to see if this is really true. Share the info in the order mentioned in the title. I will start.

More years than you, S1 and grad degree, less salary and no increase, strong worker, awards with now with worst manager I have ever had in my entire career. Expect to be see the next layoff but had not expected this in my wildest dreams.
