If Martin Shkreli is barred from drug industry and fined $65 Million.. what about Graves and Hughes ?

Intarcia has made baseless claims insulting the integrity of the FDA, endless unsupported claims to fool investors and repeatedly harmed patients by increasing hospitalization rates, risk of kidney injury while producing a “product” that failed to meet regulatory standards for quality or sterility

Come on man - it’s all the FDA’s fault - without those biased demands that the product be sterile or the idiotic concerns that patient were hospitalized or injured from Intarcia’s brilliant implant - why this would be a Unicorn !
