Remember AMS kool aid drinkers paying 1.3 Billion to pay off most of the litigation is not all of the litigation.
There is another $Billion or so to pay that Endo or the lucky buyer of AMS will be forced to pay to make it all go away.
No chance that AMS survives long term. The company will be broken up. Just watch for the EMT off site meetings to increase to determine who stays and who goes.....
