Bard EP division

Interviewed today with TJ in Nashville, TN. - Can anyone tell me about him as a manager or the Nashville, Memphis, Arkansas territory? They say realistic first year is $150 and 2nd year $175. Do you agree?

TJ is nice guy but this division is a horrible place to be. They have turned over more than 50% of their sales force in 2 years. They expect you to sell a lot and provide no new products or tools to help. Upper management is very pushy and will step on you to achieve their own goals. Everyone is only looking out for themselves. They expect you to grow 10% above last year and division is down 10% as a whole. Since you don't get paid unless you hit 75% of your plan, many people are not getting paid. Even if you are able to build up business, there are several factors beyond your control that can ruin you (hospital goes to reprocessing, lose contract, doctor moves). Then you start looking for a new job. They are known to tease you with big incentives but then push you out before you get to cash in.

Somebody had a bug crawl up their ass today!

Lets be honest. This is the best division to hide in Bard. Great money, low pressure as no on expects you to be competitive with 20 year old products. I'm surprised anyone posts on this board. Silence is golden.
