Bard Biopsy Information

I am interviewing for a position at Bard Biopsy. Could someone provide me with some information on working for the company as well as the main competitors in the marketplace? It seems like a great position but, I want a good idea of what it's like out there.

I am doing my homework. I just want to confirm what I have already found. There is a lot of information out there especially competiors but, It is very broad and I want to focus on the serious competitors. I want to make sure all of my research is accurate and up to date.

Could someone please give me some honest information and not snarky remarks?

Tons of turnover and more to come. New products fail and customers are reverting back to what they used. New management expectations are extremely high...not many making money here!

Thank you. Your feedback is appriciated. It is hard to get a pulse of what the sales force is feeling. I can do all the homework in the world but, hearing it directly from someone who works there is very valuable.

you cannot trust info on this site. Most is posted by angry reps, fired reps, horrible reps or sometimes not reps at all. Call the local rep...find them through linked in or call the company. Get something tangible before making a decision.Use your head.

The thing is you can do all the research in the world, a current employee is not going to give it to you straight as they have a career to protect. I can tell you I did a ton of homework, and was very dissapointed when I joined the company. My reccomendation is be sure to go into procedures & watch if the product works, particularly Finesse. There is nothing worse than being in a procedure room with a Dr & a patient who is awake and having your product fail, time after time. I will leave you with that advice. Also ask to see an actual map of how big your territory is.

Nothing has changed at Biopsy except people now realize Mike was right about Finesse. Batman and Robin have been telling us how great it is, so perhaps they can explain why Finesse sales suck and 80% of us are under quota. Without Beasey buying SenRx, we would be up shit creek.

I interviewed and that number was confirmed, pretty scary. Mgr had too much starch in his personality too. Pass-
