Where would one begin to describe this sinking ship? The product is actually the only redeeming feature of this organization. On my 4th manager and 2nd Director in 9 months. Watched my entire team quit or be forced out on PIP's. The large territories are making quota. My territory has less than 4 million lives and my quota is the same as Santa Barbara to Mexico. Half of the largest state in the country. Docs write 1 and done. due to lousy customer support. One rep has half of Florida and Puerto Rico. That's like PR has 3.2 million residents and all have access to our drug. Not including Miami. Come on! If you are interviewing and are jobless, take the money but realize its 6 months and then PIP. Managers reps whoever. All the producing territories are not leaving. So, if there is an opening, you have maybe 6 months.
