This can’t surprise anyone. They have as much as told you to find another job. I’m sure GJ and JV secured their future. It’s interesting how quiet this board it is. It shows the management by intimidation that exists here. Any discussion that isn’t in complete agreement is considered stupid or disloyal. I like my RBM very much. But he has no room to step out of line. It’s sad to watch. Does JS even know who he hired.
 
























Hey, how come my source is telling me absolutely the same information and there is no BK there at all. And I trust my source more. So by knowing my source is legit, I can definitely say all your tallks are fake and BS.

Just want to be clear with you. Employees know nothing, its a fact. Management is staying quiet cause they work on the deal. What deal, we will find out soon. But this is website is full of fake and fraud info.
Just give you some hint, if you are smart then you would understand me, but if you are not smart then you are similar as your fake post.
If Mr. Sedor would plan a BK in February, why would he dilute Pernix shareholders with Deerfield? This doesn’t work like this. My advise to you, before you start posting similar posts, please at least open Investopedia. But with this fake post you made me laugh so loud.

Unfortunately this board remains full of investor leach morons like this guy who tries to rationalize his $400 lost investment against our livelihood.

I am a Midwest rep who has very specific information that a bankruptcy is coming. I heard some of us will get offers to move to the new company but most of us will be let go. If you don’t believe me, ask your DM - they have all been updated

Unfortunately this board is full of shorts who is shorting stock. My advise to you, instead of posting here, just go and do your job, stop crying and complaining about like you dont like this and you dont like that. If you really work for Pernix which I doubt 99.99% then looks like you are horrible employee, otherwise you wouldn’t crying here like a baby. But instead you would be trying to increase your sales. And if you really losing position, instead of crying here, just go and look for new job. My advise to you, try McDonalds. And if you really work at Pernix and posting here insiders information about upcoming BK before company officially file it with court then you should aware that it’s totally illegal and SEC should investigate this. Just letting you know.
 






Well if no BK why are all the RBM telling us to look for jobs, probably no Q4 payout, take care of yourself and family.
Why hasn’t management communicated anything since beginning of January.
What fool would bail out this company.

You must be a “great” employee then if you were told to look at new job. Since Mr Sedor became CEO in 2016 there is lots of layoffs happened. But company still hiring. With risk ot BK company would freeze hiring. GLTY

Insiders information? The entire company basically knows it’s coming. Top management is even telling their employees to look for a new job. BK will happen before the 15th. No Q4 bonus, no severance plus no HO 2018 bonuses.
 






Yes looks like hiring frozen. Top management is telling employees to look for a new job. And this is true that everyone is looking for a new job and no one stopping employees from doing this. Top management think something should happen soon, but they are not sure what. Most likely BK. Seems like Pernix wont exist anymore soon. Some guys will get offers to move to the new company. Stay strong guys.
