Bankrupt if no Anchor

I agree. FDA has bigger things to worry about than fish oil. It should be OTC with the rest of the oils, not sure why they even tried to push this through the FDA. Seems like a money making scheme gone bad

Not bankrupt if they stop the trial. Which is what will have to happen- or face the wraith of shareholders. OR FDA can still approve.

No doubt doors will be closed within a year - no buyers are interested as there is nothing left to buy. Could have sold company last year on the HOPE of good news but we waited too long. Corporate meetings are on going on how best to close up shop and establish timelines for terminations. What a shame!

Why didn't they just get it over with and Close the door for Business? Why keep a skeleton field sales crew?

They will within 6-8 weeks. Last lights will be turned out by the end of December.
Trying to milk every script before that first big loan payment is due, which will only delay the inevitable default by 3-4 months.
Truly a Greek Tragedy in every sense of the word.

So all this has been planned in advance it appears. Get ride of everyone by a stroke of a pen, blame it on government and #'s keep the 1/2 of the employee stock for yourself. Well done!

If this has in fact been planned in advance, which it appears more and more like it has, then the crooks that did it probably were involved in the stock manipulation prior to ADCOM.

Those of us that were fired were dummies and to sit idly by without telling the truth about how deceptive management was , would be shameful. I say we sue these fuckers for the game they played!

This was funny as shit on other thread:

this was all caused by making the FDA workers come to work during the government shutdown. 5 companies went in front of the board, most came out of meeting like granny put'n an ass woopin on that little grand kid bastard. Amarin was that little grand kid bastard that was a result from a cheap prophylactic the night mamma went out and was with a few no good, immature rejects (corporate office and the AZ, Merck, Shering Plough, Pfizer and all the other retired, laid off, and knowledgeable statin rejects that made up NJ) ruin her life.

Boy I miss this sight, venting, talking, sharing but most of all breaking it down to a good analogy. Hmm, my spelling got better too. There are so many companies not on here that have gone to that lost civilization. Later, goodnight and good luck to all of you. Going to bed, waken up to a sample shipment, expense report to do, wait for the fedex guy so I can sign that letter, go in some offices with my name badge and get some Cialis 5 mgs, wreck my car purposely to get some insurance money, go to Chillies happy hour, come home in a cab and tell my beloved family I will do this all over again next year and wouldnt change a thing....well, Id get back on my generic fino bc there are no brand name samples left. Ok, later, goodnight and i do wish yall from the Atlanta meeting the best. See many of you soon at whatever training we are at. And we will pull up this old thread and laugh first night of training at the hotel bar paying $12 for a beer.

Tell the truth now! What did management say/do that was so deceptive but you apparently ignored it?
