In regard to the Questcor-CDF story covered by the Barron and Seeking alpha, does anyone know if there is a connection between Banigan and QCOR leadership/affiliates (apart from the one mentioned in the articles)?
cause maybe their business is unethical, and maybe the CDF has a problematic corporation structure, but that's CDF's problem not ours, unless there is some private/business connection with Banigan... and in that case, i would like to sell my shares asap... (70% up till now)
