BAM

[Oncology Account Mangers]

Was one of the unlucky ones to have a BAM. She takes credit for others work and is not a team player. I hope these roles will go away. She brings no value and is stepping on everyones toes trying to make a name for herself. She also is clueless about oncology even though she has been in for a couple of years.

Yeah.. SOS - you guys in bio Onc have never had to sell a thing! What a joke and they are like 10 per territory!
