Why has there been so much turnover at this company in the past 3 years? One reason may be the impossibility of you moving up in the company. This was just a snap shot of the hoops you needed to jump through to move up as a sales rep. The kicker was you were never guaranteed a salary increase but what was guarantees was an increase in micro management. From those I have spoken with stay away from this company!!

Here were some requirements for promotions:

-RSM Sponsor
-Pass Survey Monkey Clinical Utility (Test >80%)
-Verbal/Skill Set Role Play w/RSM panel (not including own)
-2 Positive Field Coaching Reports (Meets or Exceeds Expectations)
-Biweekly Territory/Dashboard Review Competence (RSM Observed)
-DoS & CCO, review and sign-off on packet containing recommendation of completion
-Consistently Meets $ to Plan Expectations (last 3 of 4 QTRS 100%+)
-AID,Inc/SFDC Adoption
-(Observed - Field Coaching Reports & Biweekly Reviews)
-New Vertical/Product Performance
-(Top 50% performance in new verticals/Product performance = 3+ achieved MBOs and Company Direction)
-4+ Positive Field Coaching Reports –(Meets or Exceeds Expectations)
 












Heard things are pretty bad and numbers are down compared to last year. The CEO's job may be on the line and they are cracking whips on the sales team. Not a good time to be on that ride. Too bad that was a great company back 5 years ago.
 




This place is toxic and controlled by Chris Smith who is a total fraud. Issues with numbers are constantly blamed on department heads and sales leaders whose pay is never affected and yet those puppets are never reprimanded for their mistakes that constantly cause sales people to get less commission.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!
