Bad Severance?

Is this a bad severance I can't tell? I'm getting two months pay + a little over 20K. I thought this wasn't too bad, but I just talked to another rep and she told me that that's an insulting severance, we should have gotten more.
 








she's right. Minimum should be 12 weeks, then Two weeks for every year worked. If you worked less than 6 years then 12 weeks is it. 7 or more, 2 weeks a year plus a week.
10 years=21 weeks. And yes, 6
Months of fully paid healthcare.
 




Everyone gets the two month WARN period as though you are still with AZ. Then the minimum severance for anyone is three months. So, the worst you can do is 5 months of pay. As noted in the previous post, if you have more years of service than the minimum you get more.

I think the original poster means that they get salary for 2 months (warn period), then lump sum for 12 weeks = 20K .... which is industry standard if they are under 7 years with AZ. 2 weeks for every year, min of 12 weeks paid out. plus the benefits. not bad for escaping a sinking ship.
