Bad management

Is there a bad middle management idea that Merck isn’t willing to adopt? Can someone please tell me the new meddling fad in advance of the barrage of pointless questions and interrogations about my business before it happens!? It’s as though they’re trying ever harder to justify their role as keytruda passes 15B annually.

What Merck has lost is strong leaders. Plenty of managers, bosses and other roles but inspirational leaders are all gone. Now it’s a bunch of puppet heads that speak to the new liberal corporate bull shit. I was on 2 calls with the new HH leadership team and we didn’t talk YTD performance or priorities for the rest of the year it was about what we learned through COVID, what were thankful about, D&I and other crap. This company is doomed unless Rob rights this ship and I hope that he does.
