Bad Credit and Expunged DUIs

Hello,
I am currently seeking a pharma or a medical device position. However, I surrendered my RN license due to a DUI. However, it has been expunged, 2 years ago. Does it show up on a background check if it has been expunged? Or will it show up on the DMV check? Also, the most I have on my record is taxes that are being removed. I know sounds like a mess. Just wondering if I should not bother applying. Cant seem to get any answers.

Having a DUI expunged removes the fact it ever happened aka erases it entirely. The one thing you have to remember is that one copy of your DUI criminal record is always maintained within the law enforcement agency.

It will also no longer appear on the background check available to potential employers, lenders, landlords or the general public.
