It really took them this long to figure out that there is no need for Regional offices? How much money would that save if they reduced the number of RSD's and DM's? RSD's pretty much filter down what OB sends down to DM's. Then the same from DM's to reps. We don't need someone to ride with us every 2 to 3 weeks. Shit we are adults. Why don't they go make calls since they keep telling us how to do it? One RSD per area regardless of PC/ONC and 2 or 3 ROC's. ROC's would be cheaper than management and that my friends would save enough for BACON and WATER at POA's.
