After your f2f or if you got an offer, did they ask for references to contact or just called HR for past employment verification? Just want to give me references a head's up if they are going to be contacted.

At some point in the process you will be asked to fill out a Publicis application. In it they ask for 3 references which are past or current supervisiors. I would give these folks a heads up.

I don't think you should be concerned. I had poor credit at the time I was hired a few years ago. I think in this economy, they are much more understanding. Also, I just didn't apply for the American Express. I just used my own credit card. My credit has been cleaned up, but I think many people have been in your shoes in the times we are in today.
 






I was hired in September for the Crestor contract and they never called any of my references. They did call former employers for dates of employment, though. It seemed like they were very rushed as they were hiring almost 500 reps at once...
