Wanted to get an honest take.. I left Novartis as an Oncology Senior Specialist but I got leveled just as I was giving my notice so not sure if it went into effect. I then took a job at another company where I'm employed and going thru BG check for new company.
My question is, since I put Oncology Senior Specialist on application will this be a red flag if Novartis says I was only an Oncology Specialist? Without senior designation. Thanks in advance!
