Can anyone shed light on background checks? I'm waiting for
Mine to be completed. I was on disability with my last job and my position was filled so they let me go. But I did notndisclose that when I accepted this job. Think they will discover that?

I was in the exact situation as you when I got hired and my previous company did disclose that I was on leave but it wasn't a big deal. The most important thing is that you give accurate dates. It doesn't matter that you were on disability so don't worry.

My concern is the credit report. I haven't had bankruptcy or anything, but my credit is not good. I wonder how much that matters.
