Look on the bright side, maybe we can make a 100 million bucks selling pedomiters?Qudexy is a bust - back to generics?

Lay offs are coming w/o notice, but really we've been on notice. By far the worst company w the LAZIEST managers and worst upper management of ALL TIME. Trainers are a joke. The training dept single handedly failed us all. JS and MH need to go teach pre school, but not my kids. USL is harboring morons to lead this launch, which is why this is an epic failure on every level. Maybe we can take another test or have another conference call to role play rather than selling. These people are the epitome of jackholes! Féliz Navidad....yr fired!

JS is a joke of a trainer. He is a lifer at USL with no sales experience at all.
JS was always a great trainer! I am long gone from USL, but I think you are really missing the point. This is not trainings fault....this is a subpar product that USL wants to sell for greed.
We don't have a bad product. We have shit execution. Whenever you try to help the executive board execute (or formulate) a plan, they claim you are focusing too much on the details. If you persist, you cease to exist. There were warnings and solutions for every problem we have encountered, provided well in advance. Upper management didn't want to hear it and now are scratching their heads wondering what went wrong and trying to do the things they should've done pre-launch...things obvious to folks with epilepsy experience. It's a shame. A great mission is failing because of the egos of a few small individuals. It isn't funny. It's tragic.
The product is not great, though. It is pretty similar to other options on the market. I think the silliest thing is USL exists and has done well, totally on luck. But when something lucky has happened (like the Prenexa launch being awesome because Primacare One left the market right then) USL has attributed it to strategy/ talent of the team. I think this has given some player's false confidence that they are exceptional.
