After almost 20 years in SSF, I am reflecting on the talent turnover - came across an old PROP Directors list. Gone are Ann L, Tim M, Mary S, Chris H, Tony H, Lynne K, Brian K, Tina L, Bob K, Diane H, Lisa V, Snehal P, Dana A, Steve H, Susanne S, and so many more. Today we have P-A R, Kimball H and Sven H - holy crap! The tone is set at the top WTF Dan O’D? Bill over Jennifer? P-A R over Ann L or Tim M? I get that change is healthy - but this doesn’t seem like a good trend to me. Isn’t anyone else concerned?
