B&L TPV Merger

Today with no warning at all the merger of Technolus Perfect Vision back into B&L was stopped. The people from corporate who were in St. Louis to help with the merger were called back to Aliso Viejo. The TPV people were basically told to forget everything you've heard everything's on hold.

Merger with TPV is not happening.
Valeant merger with B+L means massive layoffs for everybody at B+L.
