100K to 250K depending on territory for device and equipment reps.

85K to 250K for Crystalens reps depending on territory. Crystalens sales continue to decline which is directly related to its post op results and increased competition from better multifocal technology. Many great reps have left or have been laid off as B+L tries to cash cow the Crystalens line for as long as possible.
