B+L Pharma Losing Confidence

Front line leaders are losing confidence in senior management at an alarming rate. People are beginning to realize they are overworked (only 5 products in the bag) and underpaid compared other Pharma companies. We’re going to lose a lot of good people only to have them replaced by DF’s severely psychotic hiring rationale. Not to mention it’s impossible to get in to management at this company from the field. Bausch only hires pathetic leaders that failed elsewhere instead of hiring from within.
Don’t think this is or will happen? Sit back grab a beer and watch the implosion happening. Wake up Yolanda!!! Pay and reward those who you’ve dragged into your mess or this company will spend more time hiring then selling.
Oh BTW we all can’t wait to get rich off the dry eye drug. Hahahahahaha. #delusional
 






Stock price is plummeting and costing a fortune to all of our 401K's. Our fearless leaders are totally clueless and we are sinking fast. I am desperately trying to get out of this nightmare of corruption and ineptitude !

Hey MF do you work for a company that has a cure for cancer? No . The company we work for is broke and in 32 BILLION dollars of debt. Papa has done little to pay down this gigantic debt but he and his group of flunkies are busy lining their pockets before this Titanic goes down. The people who sell this crap every day need to be in on the payday too. One trick pony companies like Kala, Oyster Point ect have hired away B&L reps for substantial raises in salary. We are supposed to be a ''LEADER " in the Oph space , then fucking pay us and treat us like the leaders.
