B & L Incentives

Assuming I get hired by B & L after the merger, what incentives are typical for the sales force? At ISTA we could look forward to a weeks trip to some exotic isle like Hawaii or the Virgin Islands for the top 15 or so reps. Just curious what I can expect at B & L.

LOL, "Asumming I get hired". We are going to hire very few of you guys. Be smart and start seriously looking. I would not get caught up in fantasy of working at B&L.

Top 10 LE sales rep and top 6 BZ sales reps get a trip. 2011 it was an Alaskan cruise. 2012 it's the Four Seasons Maui. Target bonus is $26,500 and top earns make 40 and up.

you can routinely make 40k in commission in one quarter in devices. B&L pharma is a joke.
get out. get out now. I made more in commission last year than my total comp with B&L when I was in the top 10. Why would you stay there? No future.

If you are good at sales then get out and make better money and have better working conditions. If you are just working the system and collecting a paycheck while you do something better on the side, then stay in. Stick around and endure the abuse if you only feel like working a 10 hour week.
