I predict before March actually. If many reps know they aren’t getting a decent bonuses why stick around??

We're lucky to still have jobs at all. Doctors can ask AI and google everything these days. Remember before the internet when we were a resource? You couldn't just ask Char GPT to summarize a JAMA article.

That is definitely one of the dumbest things put on Café Pharma since I have used this site. It’s not only stupid it’s been proven to be incorrect. Why don’t you quit and save a position for someone else.
