AZ TTR Salesforce

Positions are posted. I wonder how many folks from feeder territories will leave for real IC money? Management might want to think about a level playing field. My resume is ready to go.

I have a feeling they don't pay as well! Pfizer reps weren't paid as well. bigger the company.. the lower the pay. Especially those that are big Pharma trying to do rare. you definitely won't be an AD ban level there. so stock options aren't the same. . I could be wrong.

Plus, if you are in an area that doesn't have a lot of haTTR activity.. what do you think will change?! Either you have a territory with things going for it at this point.. or you don't. best scenario you can have zip codes worth a damn.. but you may eventually lose that as they expand as well! same story played over again.

I wouldn't underestimate AZ.. they can cause us some headaches.. im sure they will roll out better than we did with a broader distrib network.. they will roll out slow.. but will gain momentum.. that plays a huge role vs 3 month dosing! it may play in their favor with SPPs .. less money to float til they get reimbursed.. but you can't tell that to an "R&D" company .. they just love the science and are tone deaf to the business aspect of what sells. its a balance... and AZ would have learned from our mistakes and taken note..

but we will see! I do agree that leadership needs to keep folks happy and realize we can't afford people jumping ship and then going to the competition.. but again.. we will see :(

True… but it’s funny..our CCO LAUNCHED taf… and we have others … true they went somewhere else for a quick stent …

I wonder how they enforce that clause …

Fake news. I signed no such thing and neither did you.

Read your offer letter and paperwork. It is in Paragraph 8 of the "Alnylam Employee Nondisclosure, Noncompetition, and Assignment of Intellectual Property Agreement" (Oct. 2018 version). Alnylam is vindictive and will pursue it. Consider whom you work for. Do you doubt it?

There are some BAEs out there with literally no hope of hitting goal who will get a does not meet yet again. If I were one of them I'd interview and if I got the job I'd tell no one and go dark on speaking with colleagues and posting to LinkedIn for a year. I'd also verify wether or not AZ verifies employment with the most recent employer (most are bound legally to not do so). Alnylam can't prosecute that which they don't know about. And they also would have a hard time enforcing it if a lawyer could show that the BAE was mislead. I'd argue there's plenty of evidence to support that.
