So much for making this a great place to work! Didn't Paul say in his email that he'd let us know when he knew? So why did Pascal let the sales cuts of 2300 slip in an interview but didn't include these details in his email yesterday? AZ continues to be a non communicating shit hole.
 




It is all about your manager. If they communicate well then you will have less anxiety about the whole situation. Unfortunately, most managers are not good at communicating but rather excel at chasing their own tail. There has been no development of the existing employees in the last 6 years - why start now.

How does AZ continue to get awards like Great Place to work? Is it an award you buy? Serious replies - I really want to know because no one I have talked to supports AZ winning them and we are the employees. Shouldn't we know?

I've often wondered this too. Is it people they showcase? Also, some things like daycare only work at the corporate sites. If you've ever seen the Delaware newspaper it is slathered with award winning AZers active in community involvement, also promotions of people internally. The media perception does not give a real world snapshot but you have to give PR an A+ I guess.

easy. They ask the working mother rag what metrics they use. Then az starts managing to those metrics. Simple. And, who is usually on those diversity committees are?..the ones who can't achieve on their own merits.

1 amazing step to being a great place to work: get rid of the field ridealongs, and trust that ONE rep can manage the account relationships in a territory.
 




Couldn't agree more with commnets above. I am reletively new here at AZ. But I must tell you comapred to other big pharma, this company really suck. The skills set of managers here is way below the industry standards. There is never an appreciation for a job well done. DSMs and CBDs lack the ability to energize and motivate people rather they "rule" by fear and pointing out ONLY the negatives. During the course of the field ride you'd have done million great things, but one small negligible slip in product messaging, will be discussed to the end of time!! Shame on you AZ. I hope most of these self serving DSMs are canned during the downsizing.

How neurotic is that? A huge corporation who monitors CP? Why? But they do and so do many of AZ higher ups. Why would they do that? It is a sickness that runs deep through AZ leadership that fears a single negative comment could damage their careers. Sick, Sick, Sick.
 




Nazi management style is not only in the field. it exists at headquarters also. it's makes for AZ to be a "fun place to work" don't you know. Motivation is supposed to come from your paycheck in their minds.
