I am a DBM in diabetes in Texas and was just let go due to merger. I was a top performing district and they picked a person with more med group management exp. company leadership is mistrustful and losing ground
being a top performer means little coming from az. the real top performers are the people who are smart enough to leave az. why would you stay at az. staying at az tells people you have no motivation but you are good at achieving worthless metrics.
not sure you understand what I am saying but az offers low pay and bonus and is like taking the short bus to school everyday and I mean grade school
