3 times today I was asked why we are still out putting people at risk. Novo, Sanofi, Merck, Lily and BI are all working remotely. What does that tell you about AZ?

Relax dude!!! This company isn’t in need of sales, we are profitable, stock soaring, double digit growth, robust pipeline, and now a viable vaccine about to get approval!! Gee that equates to MORE sales!! Just shut up your pie-hole, play the game and stay off the radar, you been in pharma, how long, and have to be told what to do..... If that’s the case maybe you need to find a new job, I hear Wal-Mart is hiring people who need to be told what to do, like fill shelves, take out the trash, or better yet a greeter.....
Well, get used to it. At least there is still hybrid model. What's ridiculous abt that, at least in many if not near all situations, is that virtual is accompanied by a meal. So, it's simple math that since many other companies are virtual, you're not only competing with them for bf/lunch spots, you're also competing with other AZ reps.
Also, please answer me DM's....if your reps stay at home and do a breakfast and lunch every day for a total of 4-5 providers, not a single one of you would be ok with that.
In other words, you'll be having anxiety fits wondering what are my reps doing for the rest of the day? I gotta keep them busy. Virtual or live is still a no win situation.

OH snowflake you missed my point completely. I was commenting on the insane sales model we "work" in. I certainly know and love our salary and benefits. DUH who wouldn't for what little we do. You and I and everyone else knows virtual calls are a waste and don't contribute a damn thing to the bottom line.
Well, considering Novo just laid a bunch of people off, I would say that tells me that we have work to do and they don't have any work to do.
Maybe just maybe we are MORE profitable, diverse franchises, getting ready to launch the most sought after vaccine, great pipeline, new indications............need I say more!!!!
this yr shows products sell themselves. AZ marketing is a joke, reps out of the field but sales still up... hmmm.
