Aside from insults, no one has answered the question. Why does Forest want AZ? They are the ones with the patent cliff, sales force they won't need, etc. They just had cuts last year.

Unless FRX execs. just want out, why would they sell? Sure, everything is for sale, but AZ is one desperate shop right now.

AZ can't take FRX over idiots. FRX has to want to sell. Why would they want to? If they do (which I highly doubt), it will be on their terms.
 






$55-60 a share is why you would sell. This deal was agreed to 8 months ago. Ichan jumped on board so he can take credit and double his money. Start looking before 2,499 more resumes flood the market.

So lunchbox, why in the HELL would FRX just have released their sales force budgets for the quarter. Increasing them? Also, why does 1/2 the sales force have a booked seat to a respratory launch meeting later this month?

If crap is going to hit the fan, Forest is not acting like it with some of us. Just like the frat-boy on MotleyFool said-AZ wants the drugs and the sales force.

If AZ would buy Forest (which I don't think will happin), the AZ reps would go.
