AZ is a shell of what it once was

At one point, the high road was sometimes taken. Ten plus year employee here.
Not now. This organization is a mere shell of what it once was.
Its an embarrassment, and with no reservations, the best days are way, way behind us.
A couple of years ago, we were told there would be more transparency , accountability. This is a long shot, at best. Just look at the Bcise situation. I'd hate to be working in Diabetes with what they've been told. At a minimum, it's the Diabetes division job to generate prescriptions. Its the brand teams responsibility for that patient to be able to have their medicine available. What's next?

Buckle up, mates! Agreed, for those of you in cvmd, let's just say I'm glad to be in Respiratory. Maybe they'll be able to sample Bydureon at some point!!

Long time employee here. I was here before the merger. There was such high hopes to build a great company. Zeneca was a great place to work. I won't discuss this because there are so many posts on CP discussing this topic. Yes this company is just a shell of itself. Corporate culture here stinks. Many examples of this. The events of a week ago show a glaring example. So much trust for your employees....that you don't allow great performers to post for sales positions within the organization. How sad. What poor management. The future for this company is not good. It is rotting. It's dying.

You have two choices as I see it. Stay or leave. Everyone must make their mind up what they want to do. If you stay play the game give them what they want and hope to survive. If you leave the chances are you will land in a better place and be much happier in life. It's so sad as I think what could have been.
