At one point, the high road was sometimes taken. Ten plus year employee here.
Not now. This organization is a mere shell of what it once was.
Its an embarrassment, and with no reservations, the best days are way, way behind us.
A couple of years ago, we were told there would be more transparency , accountability. This is a long shot, at best. Just look at the Bcise situation. I'd hate to be working in Diabetes with what they've been told. At a minimum, it's the Diabetes division job to generate prescriptions. Its the brand teams responsibility for that patient to be able to have their medicine available. What's next?
