Might get a better response in the AZ page. The answer also depends on your experience. That being said the better question might be how long this contract will last. A lot of folks don’t think it will last through the summer so unless your in a tough spot maybe avoid it.

Dunno who will go first... The az reps or the syneos reps but there's no way all of us make it to 2025.

It's a syneos salary... 60 on the bottom 90 on the tippy top. Good luck getting more than that out of em for a none dm position.

I might believe the 60, but not the 90. Can anyone that actually works on this contract, shed some light?

For most full team builds for larger companies 60-80 is pretty standard with most starting in the 70's. I've heard of people starting at 90 but it's an experienced rep with deep ties to the syneos management team over the contract. You won't make 100k base on any syneos contract unless it's a true specialty gig or a direct hire position that syneos is just doing the hiring for.

If you have less than 5 years experience you probably won't get offered more than 70 no matter what.

Farxiga. CVRM business unit. You call on PCP in an established market.
