Um….Really Astra Zeneca? You've already gotten us for cheap and now you're trying to cheat us out of our bonuses?? You do know that most of us are smart enough to document our calls per day and sample allocation utilization. You say your reports show call averages weren't met or samples weren't utilized at 80% although the reps you've accused have proof that the requirements were met to make their full bonus. Just try and f**king cheat us out of our bonuses. We dare you and we are ready.

I was a DM for 2 years at AZ about 3 years ago. This was the worst 2 years of my life by far. You have no idea how corrupt and screwed up AZ is. They literally have no concern for their own employees and everyone that works there despises working there. Incompentency and CYA has ruled the day there for the last decade. So I am not surprised at all they would do this to a CSO since that is just how they operate.
 






Who ever said we have to meet 80% sample utilization?! That's news to me! I've always been told to "sample wisely"... And with so many of us out there sampling, I'm lucky to have 30% sampling utilization. Have never seen a report on this either! Maybe this thread is from a CSA vs other AZ contract? Please clarify... Some of us may be missing something!

Read your incentive comp plan. Yours may be different than mine. Ours states (and I'm not a CSA) that 20% of our bonus is based on Reach and Sample Utilization. We have to utilize at least 80% of our samples every month or we won't make that part of our bonus. The other 80% of the bonus is bases on sales.

You must be on a different contract. I'm part of OCEAN/Crestor and it's 70% sales, 30% call activity.

I am on a different contract. I'm glad 80% of the bonus is base on sales numbers but when you do everything right to make sure you get that dinky 20% and they screw you out of it, it's disheartening.
 






They don't pay you a bonus because they know you are double dipping and the Publcis manager isn't doing anything about it. I think the manager in MN needs to get a better handle on his reps. Don't trust anyone!
