Well that was short and not so sweet. Surprised they gave a us a few weeks to find new gigs but am I the only one that was blind sided by this?
What is your manager saying about it? Are people being eliminated?Well that was short and not so sweet. Surprised they gave a us a few weeks to find new gigs but am I the only one that was blind sided by this?
So...the way that it works is AZ says who they want to manage their contracts. They just chose someone else. Amplity didn’t want to be cut loose...It wasn’t personal either. They are waiting for bonus payout to end their relationship with Amplity. This was so disgraceful. I was hired less than 2 months ago. Went to AZ for training and was just getting started in the field. Why in the hell would they do this? Hopefully the next contract company will roll us in to their team. Good riddance Amplity!
So are you saying you are losing your job? I thought AZ was just switching contract companies. Wouldn't the new contract company just take over the current Amplity employees? This was so disgraceful. Do not let them screw you by putting your name on do not rehire list- look at syneos amplify thread to understand what I mean if you don’t already.Sounds like many of us will in fact roll over to the new company but I am looking anyway.
I don't know if that is a real list or just something made up!Do not let them screw you by putting your name on do not rehire list- look at syneos amplify thread to understand what I mean if you don’t already.
Trust me it’s real. Being on the do not rehire list will blackball you with other contract companies. It’s probably illegal but it is happening.I don't know if that is a real list or just something made up!
There’s no such list, you just suck as a rep.Trust me it’s real. Being on the do not rehire list will blackball you with other contract companies. It’s probably illegal but it is happening.

If you’re over 50, it’s the only route to go. No mid30’s big pharma manager is going to want to hire a rep with more experience than themBottom line is working on a contract ( Amplity / Iquvia / Syneos etc etc ) is a temporary gig with rock bottom pay and benefits for pharmaceutical reps. That doesn't mean it completely sucks for reps...it just means its crappy by comparison to other professional sales jobs. If you are breaking into pharmaceuticals or older and riding the system out until retirement it is a perfect solution. If you are between 28 and 50 and doing it as a career choice then you need to reconsider your ways.
