Put down the Grifols Kool Aid!! The list of reps that Grifols has dismissed is long considering the size of the sales force, not all were/are bad reps. Let's face facts, Grifols management has A LOT of problems; poor direction from a bumbling NSD, Micro-management to the extreme, no significant product improvements/new products, litigation from previous employers. To keep harping on the "fired reps" as all being bad reps is a little old. Management, take a look in the mirror, you might find the source of your problems . . . .
 












Ah Yes. Another comment from a obviously successful Grifols rep that has never won an award in sales and most likely speaks to his/her accounts this way.

So does this make you want to work for this company or what AZ/CO thread?

Why are you so enamored with this company? If you hate them that much, put them out of you're life. Oh I forgot, you're trying to do the noble thing and warn everyone about this evil company. Pretty pathetic.
 






Hmmm, it's plain to see that DL keeps check on Cafepharma. Yes, Grifols was at one time
agreat place to work, great atmosphere, team effort, etc. That went away with the promotion of RL to NSD. Next came the removal of 3 of 4 DMs, 2 because of whining by DL
which in turn got her the promotion of DM. Then the exodus of top reps and 1 DM so what's left here is a dismal reflection of what once was a class company.

The key, mr/ms/mrs job seeker is to simply find out for yourself and then decide if this
is the place for you. They may even have an opening in the SE for a DM if MB goes to jail
