Great manager but a shitty division. I was one of 31 people that were let go in December and I can tell you this division is going nowhere but down. The upper management is laughable at best. This is probably not what you wanted to hear but being as honest as possible.

No this is exactly what I need to hear, thank you very much for the honest feedback I too was re-organized in my last role it sucks and I'm trying to prevent history from repeating itself. If they let folks go then why hire now?? I wish you luck.

Using pharma stratagies in the device world. Can't find a big enough patch for this sinking ship with the leaders on board now. Sad sad place to be now.

Sadly the only people really looking at these positions at all, are those with limited options. It is really a Pharma job with old, old, old products that are WAY over-priced. They like to say they are the only products reimbursed in this category, but that is really smoke and mirrors. There are many other treatment options in the wound care category that are so much less expensive and with proven outcomes. Unless your unemployment is about to run out, run away. Slimy
