I got out of pharma for the call reach and frequency but now it's how you get paid here.... I thought it was the FDA warning letter but it think it may also be the CRM that is running people away.... Cheers to quantitative crappy calls to feed a computer... Thanks upper management !!
 
































Your income is directly related to number of calls per day??
Are you paid by the call, in addition to sales volume? Just interviewed with AWD and that certainly did NOT come up
