Wow. What a plan. Further evidence that Integra cares nothing for the sales force. Lining their pockets and trying to pass it off as “ a great opportunity to make money and grow”. How about a great opportunity to grow and make less money than the year before? All the good reps will be leaving.

Why would the good reps leave? The good reps are easily making over $200k per year.....they are not going anywhere. Some are making over 300k, maybe it is you who should leave.

I have worked there worse decision I have ever made in my life. And I was successful. Bad culture none trusting organization especially HR.
FACTS...HR does not have your best interest at heart. They are in on the meetings that stack rank the salesforce, and completely onboard with PIP’ing you without question. Reach out to them for unfair managerial treatment and that will be communicated back to your manager for ramifications....Do yourself a favor. Keep your business to yourself. Make that paycheck, and when the time is right-move on.
HR is in place to protect management first, then potential lawsuits. Don’t assume that HR is there to help you.
Can anyone please give me realistic 1st year commission at plan with a 75K base? Territory is between 80-90% with no rep.

Let’s be honest here clown, AWC is the joke of med device industry. Stepping stone at best. You shouldn’t even qualify as a med device rep, they should have a new niche and call it bottom feeder peasants. The average rep here makes Pharma rep money, and you sell shit I can buy at CVS.
