Does anyone know anything about Cornerstone award? What are the requirements of the award/when it is given out, etc.?

10 years service, 2 national awards. Don't know when awarded. I assume same time president's club, slt, etc.

We had our awards banquet over the phone. I don't think they were included with presidents club. NO IDEA with this company - it changes every day based on how they feel. Ask a director if you don't know.

Cornerstone is not an "automatic"...meaning, just because you meet the criteria, there are a limited amount given each year, so basically leadership has to vote...I was eligable for about 10 years (minimum 10 years service, 2 national individual awards, respect of peers, etc) before I earned it...and the kicker is you must stay in the top third of commission earners each year to keep it, they will take it away.

All the Awards are a joke! They are based on your sales and let's remember, the company is picking and choosing which products you have but RDs and FLMs tweak. You better hope they like you because they have lined people up to WIN and....LOSE.

They change the criteria for maintaining Cornerstone: top 1/2 of commission earners. But they will take it away from you if you fall out of the top 1/2, you can bet on that.
