People here still think they have humility and integrity when when they boast of their sales award win on LinkedIn. The optics aren’t good to your peers, who in many cases, helped you get there.

I agree. Humility is not posting ( boasting) on linked in. I got some awards but I feel my team helped me reach them, never been a fan of pics etc on linked in.

Posting awards on LI is not the image we won’t to give off.

It’s a bad look to patients & our prescribers that may see it too.

Please stop. They’ve already given us the lowest commission structure in the industry & 1/2 of that is team based performance.

Let’s not make it even worse or heaven forbid do away with recognition all together

It’s against company policy to post anything on social media about Lilly that isn’t approved by Lilly to do so for that exact reason you are complaining about which is the optics. If you are hating on them so much report it to HR since it’s a violation.

That’s what we were all told but I guess no one really cares as these linked in posts are all over from multiple business units with managers posting too

You are just upset because you are one of the peers not selling and getting these important awards. Time for you to get a job that is much less competitive. You are a drag on company sales and Wokie.

This is very perceptive on the writers part. Good vibe that may be true.
