Deeside site, where to start?!
Firstly the management, or shift leads are all bullies... there is one shift lead, who actually isn't a shift lead atall, it was a position created for her because she can't do anything else. All she can do is treat people like crap ... pretend to be your friend then throw you under the bus as and when whether you are at fault or not.... I've seen some crazy things in that place over my time here... during quality control, burst tests on dressing seals not upto standard so it gets stabbed with a pen to make sure it pops! Informs line leader that product is good to keep manufacturing...

I have worked in clean room environments before but convatec just take the piss. Most workers chewing gum, I even seen one fella in the cleanroom sneeze into his glove, then dip his hand straight into the product material (Tow)... I informed manager of this and was told, "do you like grassing people up? You won't be here for long!" ... couldn't believe it! So se poor customer somewhere is wearing or was wearing a product full off bacteria from his sneeze. Lovely, during covid too!
