Average salary + perks?

Can anyone tell me what the average salary and perks are? Do you get a car or is it a car allowance? Would love to have an idea before I apply. Thank you!

They just butchered 50% of the sales force. Top reps. Completely messed up. Those remaining will have a very intense environment coming up with the delays in their biologic...which will be maybe 7th to market if/when it actually launches. Good luck with that.

Before they laid everyone off, what was compensation packages looking like? Car? Health insurance? 401K? Any help is appreciated.

Folks. You were all Inventive reps. You were not Sun employees so it's not a lay off. It's called " your Inventiv contract is up". Time for your next contract or find a position with a manufacturer. You all waited around far too long being led down a path that Sun would take you. Lesson learned. Sun led you on. Stay with Inventiv only until you find a manufacturer job.

Salaries are $95-105K plus $60K at target with no cap. I make crazy money here and even get contest cash too. At national meetings they have "Johnny on the Spots" which are $25 Amazon cards for good answers/questions or participation during the meeting.

We drive company cars (Volvo S60s) with gas cards.

I love Sun and plan to finish my career here. Don't listen to all the panzies that bitch about not making money or that the company sucks. They got fired because they suck and we were kept because we can work hard and kill it. The Indian leadership love us and treat us so well.
