Average Salary and Commissions for Acute Care

I'm also looking at an Acute Care position in the East selling wound care, ostomy, and incontinence. I was told $75K salary with $60K bonus at plan and guaranteed $30K bonus. HR also said that I would have a choice of fleet vehicle or car allowance and 22 vacation days per year. Can anyone confirm this before I pursue further interviews?

By the time you receive a response, the salary and commission plan will change (again).
Your true comp plan will be finalized when the director, vp, or whatever the title of the week he chooses is, determines if he (KJ) likes you...if he does, you will have a territory carved out and custom made for you with all the trimmings - like a dream come true...if he doesn't, your territory will be shifted and you will be put on an unachievable plan and quickly put out to pasture. The fact is: The key to success and longevity is to never (repeat: NEVER) let the director know or even think you are intelligent or smarter than him.
Follow that rule, talk about some challenging golf courses, drink some cheap beer...and you too will enjoy cruising in your new Taurus.

ummm. what they tell you and what you get are 2 different things. They have changed the comp plan at least 500 times in the last 8 years. And they really do a great job of not paying their reps. So if they 60k bonus you will be lucky to see half...and then take half for taxes of course.....
